Are custom sponsorship opportunities available?

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegan/Vegetarian and gluten free meals are available. Please make sure to select your food preference on the registration form as this is the only way we’ll know how to accommodate your needs through our catering orders. Are meals provided?
Several conference meals will be provided. These include: Friday – breakfast Friday – boxed lunch Saturday – breakfast Saturday – boxed lunch
Is transportation provided?
No. Please see the Hotel & Travel page for information on local transportation, airport, and train options.
Where do I stay while attending the conference?
All conference attendees are encouraged to stay at the Capital Hilton Hotel. Please see the Hotel & Travel page for details.
Can I get my registration fee refunded?
We can offer a refund on the registration fee until July 23, 2024 at 5pm ET. We are not able to offer refunds after this cut-off date because meals and other event expenses will have been confirmed.
Are scholarships available?
Scholarships are available to attend our virtual Conference. If you have financial need, please contact program@activeminds.org for information.
How much does registration cost?
Registration for the 2022 Active Minds National Conference will be $35.
