Our Benefits

Health Insurance
Active Minds provides medical, dental, and vision coverage options to its full-time employees, along with the option to participate in a flexing spending account (FSA)
Annual Leave
Each full-time employee is eligible to accrue 15 days of annual leave per year with the ability to earn an additional day for every year at Active Minds up until a maximum of 20 days
Sick Leave
Each full-time employee receives 5 paid sick days per year and may carry over unused sick days from one year to the next
Paid Holidays
Active Minds recognizes 11 paid holidays as well as 10 organization-wide mental health days per year
Retirement Plan
Active Minds offers a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match
Life and Disability Insurance
Active Minds covers its full-time employees with a life insurance policy and provides short- and long-term disability insurance
Paid Parental Leave
Active Minds provides twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave for all full- time employees
Wellness Reimbursement Program
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Active Minds’ wellness reimbursement program, which provides up to $200 annually in reimbursable wellness expenses for therapy co-pays, exercise classes, and any other approved wellness expenses
Professional Development Stipend
Active Minds is committed to providing staff with opportunities to pursue professional development with a $750 annual stipend for full-time employees
