Chapter Chats are monthly, one-hour conversations led by the Active Minds Student Advisory Committee. These sessions focus on chapter and mental health-related topics relevant to our members. The interactive discussions often feature national staff from Active Minds, mental health advocacy leaders, and other experts, providing opportunities for learning, engagement, and meaningful dialogue.
This Chapter Chat, “More Than Enough: Mental Health Strategies for Overcoming Imposter Syndrome,” focuses on empowering participants to recognize their worth and build confidence. We’ll explore the roots of imposter syndrome, practical tools to challenge self-doubt, and strategies for maintaining mental wellness in high-pressure environments. Attendees will leave with actionable insights to embrace their strengths, foster self-compassion, and step into their full potential with confidence.
