Chapter Contact Update

Use this form to keep the national office aware of who your current contacts are. Your chapter needs to have at least three Chapter Leaders (including Chapter Presidents), and at least one Advisor, on file at all times.

Thank you for updating your chapter contact information with us.  All fields are required to add or update a chapter contact or advisor so please provide complete information. If you have a permanent email address (like a gmail or a yahoo) it will be easier to ensure you will get our emails moving forward.

You can use this form to add new contacts or update contacts to "former" status to indicate they are no longer affiliated with your chapter.
