Aaron is a mental performance coach and professional wrestler (Jaxon Stone) and currently lives in Dallas, Texas. Aaron has lived in South Dakota, Pennsylvania, and was born in California. Mental health + wellness is at the core of everything he does. Aaron’s massive transformative purpose is to end mental suffering. Through speaking, podcasting and coaching he is living that purpose.

Aaron fell in love with baseball and professional wrestling at a young age. That love led him to play Division 1 baseball at South Dakota State University, where he graduated with Health Education and Nutrition degree.

After college Aaron started working as a personal trainer and began training to become a professional wrestler. On September 5th, 2016, Aaron had his first professional wrestling match under the name Jaxon Stone. Aaron continues to wrestle under the name Jaxon Stone. On September 3rd, 2018, Aaron lost his big sister and only sibling Rachel to suicide. This started Aaron’s deep dive into mental health. Aaron becomes inspired to change the narrative around mental health but really needs something to save his own life.

Through conferences, candid conversations, courses, and lectures, Aaron has built a deep understanding of mental health, and it is the most important thing in his life. Since September 2018, Aaron has become a certified Life, and Mental Performance Coach started his own mental health non-profit called YouAreLoved, and hosts a podcast called Jaxon Talks Everybody. Aaron loves to travel, exercise, and try to need food in his free time.
