Alex Cory is a national speaker with Active Minds, bringing experience in trauma-informed care, mental health, and child and family advocacy. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science from Louisiana Tech University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Grambling State University. Alex also serves as the Outreach and Partnerships Manager at the Louisiana Policy Institute for Children, where she works with business and community leaders to expand access to affordable, high-quality child care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
