Dr. Kristelle Beecher

Dr. Kristelle Beecher is a first-generation Jamaican American and published Industrial/Organizational Psychologist bringing people-driven strategies to the forefront. Dr. Beecher’s mission is to ensure psychologically safe and productive workplaces while building real, organic, and authentic experiences for all people within organizations. Her experience in HR, People Operations, and Business Consulting spans industries including tech, media, film, music and entertainment, non-profit, aviation, financial services, and emerging sectors like gaming.

Beyond her role, Dr. Beecher enjoys coaching and guiding multidimensional professionals out of plateaus and unexpected transitions into designing purpose-driven careers on their terms. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, an MBA in Human Resources, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Most of all, she enjoys slow days with her family, jazz, and a hardcover book.
