She is a seasoned professional with over 25 years honing her skills in sustainable business growth, marketing strategy, and leadership development across diverse industries spanning renowned organizations like National Geographic, The Walt Disney Company, HBO, Citigroup, KinderCare Learning Centers, and running her own successful boutique catering business. She is responsible for enabling effective implementation of innovative programs and initiatives to attract and retain donors and grow organizational impact, and is skilled at using strategic acumen, operational finesse and integrative processing to optimize programs, marketing and development for their strategic and business opportunity value. Her time-proven approach is not merely about business, it’s about harmony, aligning organizational objectives with team members’ motivations to create a synergy that propels individuals and the company toward unparalleled success. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and based in Rockville, Maryland, Estrella is mom to two sons, Alexander and Benjamin, and to their much loved puppy Sasha.
