What's your favorite way to unplug?

Yoga, cooking dishes from home, trying new restaurants or cafés and soaking up the sun outdoors, especially while hiking or camping in a beautiful national park.

Naomi Oshima is from Japan and Thailand, she joins Active Minds with a background in Graphic Design and Photography. Before joining Active Minds, she interned at Mars United Commerce as an Art Director Intern and served as a board member for her school’s American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) chapter during college. She graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on Visual Communication Design.

Outside of work, Naomi likes to decompress through yoga and is also training to become a yoga instructor, a journey that has deepened her appreciation for mindfulness, wellness, and the importance of prioritizing mental health. She also enjoys traveling to new places and eating foods from different cultures.
