Thalia Philip is a public health professional deeply committed to advancing mental health equity. Her work is grounded in the belief that community, connection, trust, and grassroots leadership are essential to transforming the culture surrounding mental health. Thalia is dedicated to ensuring that mental health resources are accessible, inclusive, and impactful, particularly for historically marginalized communities.

With experience spanning higher education and the nonprofit sector, Thalia has designed and implemented wellness initiatives that address the intersections of mental, physical, and social health. She holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, where she earned a certificate in Child, Youth, and Family Health and focused her studies on Population Mental Health. She also earned her undergraduate degree in Health and Human Services with a focus in Healthcare Administration from St. John’s University.
