Did you know your company may match your giving or fundraising efforts for Active Minds, doubling or even tripling your impact? You can if your employer supports Matching Gifts! If you’re unsure if your organization has a matching gifts program, you can search our database here or contact your Human Resources team.
Requesting a matching gift is a very simple process that must be initiated by the donor. While you are making a contribution, you can note your employer on our online donation form so we can provide needed documentation.
Most matching gifts utilize an electronic submission process. When submitting a matching gift through your company’s electronic portal, or if your company still uses a paper form, you may need the following information

Employee matching gift programs are corporate giving programs in which the company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations. It’s an easy way to extend your contribution to us!
