Youth Mental Health Workshops

Digital Wellbeing Series: Exploring Technology & Digital Habits

Part of a series of live, youth-led workshops designed for high school students focused on the intersection of digital well-being and mental health.

The Youth Mental Health Workshops are live, youth-led initiatives, designed for high school students, to elevate youth voices in mental health advocacy and expand access to high-quality mental health education for students nationwide. These workshops are co-developed by members of the Active Minds High School Advisory Board (HSAB) and are rooted in the belief that students are experts in their own school experience and are powerful leaders in shifting mental health culture.

This first series will focus on the intersection of digital well-being and mental health. They will be co-facilitated by high school students from the HSAB and college student members from the Active Minds Student Advisory Committee (SAC). Register today to save your spot because you do not want to miss out on these impactful, educational experiences, led by your peers.
